Jones, 29, was arrested just after noon Thursday, said Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputy Joan Raber. This was his second arrest within the last two months.

Deputies stopped Jones as he allegedly tried to climb over a security gate to enter the property where his 27-year-old ex-girlfriend was working, Raber said. The woman had reported that Jones was heading to the site.

The former girlfriend, the mother of their year-old child, told deputies on Monday that Jones had threatened to kill her, Raber said.

Jones was held at the Carson sheriff's station on investigation of making terrorist threats and was taken to the Twin Towers Correctional Facility, where he was being held on $500,000 bail.

On Sept. 17, Jones was arrested in West Hollywood for allegedly threatening to kill security officers at a blues club. The security officers had asked him to leave the club because Jones was ``drunk, disorderly and annoying other patrons.''

When they escorted him out, the officers said Jones threatened to return and shoot and kill them. Jones was arrested and booked for investigation of making terrorist threats.
